Unframed prints: Shipped in protective tubes and sturdy cardboard for safe delivery
Framed prints: Securely wrapped and packaged inside reinforced cardboard boxes for maximum protection.

 If your order needs something extra, like a new pet photo, this will extend the time we need to get it just right.

We'll send you a preview of the artwork for your approval. The sooner you give us the green light, the quicker we can send your custom portrait on its way!

All orders include tracking. We’ll send you the tracking number via email as soon as it's available.

Expect some delays during the busy months of November and December because delivery services have more packages to handle.

Sometimes we offer a "Skip the Queue" option, moving your pet photo to the front of the line. This won't speed up delivery, just the art creation process.

If we need a new pet photo, this will add to the production time.

We allow up to 5 business days for you to approve the artwork. If we don't hear back from you within 72 hours, we'll go ahead and print your order.
