Absolutely! We provide all customers with a free preview of their artwork once it’s ready. You can request edits as many times as you like until you’re satisfied. We only print once you approve your pet art.
Can I print more than one pet in a single picture?
Yes, of course! The key is that all the pets need to be in the same photo, which serves as our inspiration for the artwork.
What if I’m not happy with my artwork?
If you’re not satisfied with your artwork, you can request changes. We’ll make the necessary edits and send the revised version back to you for review. We only proceed with printing once you’re fully happy with the result.
Is my pet photo good enough to use?
We thoroughly check every photo submitted. In most cases, the photo will be perfectly suitable. If there’s an issue, we’ll notify you via email, explain the problem, and request new photos.
For the best results, photos should be taken in natural lighting, at eye level with your pet, and in clear focus.
